About
Reflexta Data Intelligence LLP.
Background
Started to solve a specific problem.
Small and mid-sized businesses regularly need serious technical work done — a proper ERP system, a web application, a way to stop running operations on spreadsheets. The available options are usually a large vendor with a long sales process and a rotating cast of account managers, or freelancers who lack the depth to see a complex project through to completion.
Reflexta was founded in 2025 to sit between those two. The work is technical and the team has done it before. The firm is small enough to be direct with clients and to make decisions without layers of internal approval. And it is structured to remain involved after a project is delivered, rather than hand over and move on.
Track record
Three projects delivered. One major implementation in progress.
We are a young firm, founded in 2025, and we will not pretend otherwise. Three projects have been delivered since founding. One major ERP implementation is currently in progress: a construction and contracting group in Muscat, Oman, covering finance, procurement, inventory, fixed assets, and HR and payroll across several legal entities.
We have not been in business long enough to produce a long list of case studies. What we can offer is a detailed account of any project we have delivered: what was scoped, what was built, what was difficult, and how each engagement stands today. If that level of specificity is useful, ask us directly.
How we work
Direct. Scoped. Long-term.
Every engagement starts with a scoping conversation. We need to understand the problem before we can say what solving it will involve or what it will cost. Proposals follow conversations, not the other way around.
When scope changes during a project — and in complex implementations it usually does, in some form — we discuss it directly rather than issuing a change order after the fact. If a change increases the cost or timeline, we say so before continuing work.
We do not take on projects we cannot finish well. If a project is beyond our current capacity or outside our competence, we will say so at the start rather than discover it three months in.
Support arrangements are agreed before any project closes. We prefer to work with clients over a period of years. Most of the work we do for existing clients is a consequence of that preference — the initial project creates enough trust to continue.
Want to understand more about how we work?
The fastest way is a direct conversation. No prepared pitch, no proposal deck — we find out if there is a project worth discussing and whether we are the right people to do it.
