ERP for a construction and contracting group in Muscat, Oman.
The client operates across several legal entities, running separate books across its different operating divisions. Their existing system — a mix of a legacy accounting package and shared spreadsheets — could not produce consolidated accounts or track job-level profitability.
We implemented an expanding set of ERP modules covering finance, procurement, inventory, fixed assets, and HR and payroll. The engagement began in July 2026 and is currently underway. The system now tracks live purchase orders and generates job-cost reports in real time, replacing what was previously managed through spreadsheets. We agree on a support arrangement with each client based on the complexity of their system — before the engagement closes, not after.

The most common complaint about software vendors — especially in ERP — is that the firm that did the implementation becomes unreachable once the system is live. Bugs surface. Processes change. Staff turn over and need retraining. A system that nobody can maintain becomes a liability.
We built Reflexta to avoid this. After go-live, we agree on a support arrangement based on the complexity of the system — before the engagement closes, not after. As a baseline, we respond within one business day. The people who built your system are the same people you call when something needs changing.
We are a small firm. That means you will not be handed to a junior support queue. It also means our reputation rests on every system we build and hand over.

A technical firm founded in Bengaluru in 2025.
Reflexta Data Intelligence LLP was started to serve businesses that need proper technical work done without the overhead of a large vendor. We are a young firm — three projects delivered, one major ERP implementation currently in progress.
We do not have a list of awards or a long roster of enterprise clients. What we have is direct experience in ERP implementation and web systems, a track record we can describe in detail, and clients we expect to still be working with in five years.
