What to expect
We reply to every enquiry within one business day. If you call and we are unavailable, we will return the call within one business day. Phone lines are staffed Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM IST.
The first conversation has no structure. We want to understand what you are working on — what the current system does, where it breaks down, and what you are trying to achieve. If there is a project worth discussing, we will say so. If there is not, we will say that too.
Enquiries about ERP implementation, web development, automation, or ongoing support are all relevant. If you are not sure whether your problem is something we handle, describe it and we will tell you.
Where we work
Bengaluru-based. Working across India and the Gulf.
Reflexta is registered and headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka. We work with clients in India and the Gulf — primarily the UAE and Oman — and do the majority of project work remotely. For ERP implementations and larger engagements, we travel to client sites for discovery, go-live support, and training.
Time zone differences with Gulf clients have not been a problem in practice. We agree on communication schedules at the start of each engagement and keep to them.
