ERP Implementation

Finance, procurement, inventory, fixed assets, HR and payroll — or any subset of these, configured to match how your business actually operates, not reorganised to fit a default workflow.

Most ERP projects run into difficulty before any configuration begins. The specification is vague, the scope grows without a clear record of why, and the go-live date becomes a target nobody believes in. We address this at the start. Before we configure anything, we map your existing processes: where transactions originate, what approvals they require, how they are reconciled, and where the current system breaks down.

We build a custom-configured ERP system developed specifically around how the client works, and extend it with custom functionality for requirements the standard implementation cannot meet. Training is included in every engagement — a system your team cannot use is not a finished system. Support continues after go-live under a separate arrangement agreed before the project closes.

Web Development

We build two types of web product: public-facing websites for businesses that need a credible, functional online presence, and internal web applications for teams that have outgrown spreadsheets or need to expose data and workflows through a browser interface.

The brief matters more than the design. We want to understand what the site or application needs to do before any visual decisions are made. This keeps the scope honest and produces a result that works for your specific situation rather than looking like it was assembled from a template.

Internal applications — procurement portals, cost-tracking dashboards, client-facing reporting tools — are held to a higher standard. They are used daily by people who have other work to do, so they need to be fast, reliable, and straightforward to operate. We build, host, and maintain these after launch.

Business Process Automation

Automation is most useful where a process runs the same way every time but still requires a person to move it along: an email to trigger an approval, a spreadsheet updated before a report can be sent, information re-entered from one system into another. These steps can be replaced, but only if the process is understood first.

We start with process mapping. In practice this means working with the people who run the process to trace each step, including the informal ones — the phone call that substitutes for a proper approval, the spreadsheet maintained by one person that everyone else depends on. The map shows where the manual steps are, which ones carry risk, and which ones can be automated without disrupting what works.

What we build depends on the process. Sometimes it is an integration between two systems that do not communicate. Sometimes it is a workflow tool that routes approvals and records decisions. We scope the work accurately before quoting, and we flag any step where automation introduces more risk than it removes.

Deployment, Hosting and Support

Every system needs somewhere reliable to run. We deploy to managed cloud infrastructure and handle server configuration, SSL certificates, domain records, backups, and uptime monitoring. If something fails overnight, we receive the alert.

Hosting is not an afterthought — it is part of every project from the start. Decisions about infrastructure, deployment approach, and recovery procedures are made during the build, not after go-live when they are harder to change.

Support is scoped at the end of each project. Before any engagement closes, we agree on response times, coverage hours, and what is included. Support tiers are agreed per engagement, based on system complexity and criticality to operations. We do not offer a generic support package — what we agree depends on what the system does and how critical it is to your operations.
